ZAREVIQUE is an online women’s fashion store based in Miami, Florida. We offer dresses, gowns, evening wear, kurtas, occasion wear, and co-ord sets, and we ship within the United States.

Shipping and Orders
Where do you deliver, and what does shipping cost?
We ship within the United States only. A flat rate of $10.99 applies to all standard orders and is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday), and standard transit takes 3 to 7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 business days. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link. You can also use our Tracking Orders page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including fit or change of mind. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached. Who pays for return shipping?
For a change of mind or fit, you pay for return shipping. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. We do not charge a restocking fee.

What payment methods do you accept, and in what currency?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards through Stripe. All prices are in US dollars (USD). See our Payment Policy.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption, and your card details are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your card number or security code.
